We provide 10 days of free storage for our “Logistics Hub” clients. To keep our facility efficient, a storage fee of $10 USD per day will be applied starting from the 11st day. We encourage you to ship your consolidated packages within the 10-day window.

Strictly No. We do not provide logo printing or custom packaging services for any counterfeit or replica brands. We only support original brands, private labels, or “white-label” products to ensure all business is legal and sustainable.

Our clients are responsible for arranging their own shipping. This ensures you have full control over your logistics costs. However, if you are new to this, we are happy to recommend reliable local freight forwarders who offer competitive rates to your country.

Our standard inspection covers visual check, power-on test and key parameter verification Spot Check. If you require deep functional testing or firmware flashing, please specify your requirements in advance. Special testing may incur an additional labor fee.

If we find defects during inspection, we will help you negotiate with the supplier for a replacement. However, any domestic shipping costs for returning goods to the factory must be covered by either the supplier or you. We are a service provider and do not cover third-party logistics costs and other expenses

While we perform rigorous inspections and provide detailed reports, we do not take legal or financial responsibility for the products’ final quality, hidden manufacturing defects, or long-term performance. Our role is to provide you with the most accurate data before shipment so you can make informed decisions.

 For clients using our Logistics Hub (P2) or Brand Builder (P3) packages, we provide free delivery to any warehouse located within the Huaqiangbei area. For warehouses outside this district, you will need to arrange a pickup or cover the local courier/trucking costs.
